Which insurance companies do you work with?
We work with all insurance providers.
My insurance adjuster has not seen my car yet. Do I need to finish that process first?
Nope. If it’s easier for you to leave your car with us and have the adjuster do their appraisal here, that’s no problem. Jackson Auto Body & Custom Paint works closely with all the major insurance companies and we can advise them of any work that needs to be done to your vehicle.
Will you fix my car if it is not going through an insurance company?
Yes, we do handle out of pocket repairs not involving insurance companies as well. It’s completely up to you, whatever works best and is most convenient for you.
Is there anything that may delay a repair?
Things that could delay your repairs are special order backordered parts. In an insurance case, additional hidden damage that was not seen during an initial inspection, which will need to be identified, estimated and approved.
Does Jackson Auto Body & Custom Paint, LLC offer payment plans?
Unfortunately, no. Before we return your vehicle in tip-top condition, we require full payment of the insurance deductible or the complete bill if paying out-of-pocket.
Do you charge for your estimates ?
No. We offer free estimates. There are no hidden fees.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept ALL major credit/debit cards. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, etc., personal and business checks. Payment is due upon job completion.
Do I need to make an appointment?
Generally, that is best. This way we can make sure that we are able to look the vehicle over and give you a free estimate on the work that needs to be done.
